We would like to invite you to our informal premiere of

CONFESSIONS - A Spatial Opera In The Dark

We first started planning for this project in 2010, and we are now very exited to have our first informal premiere for you, our esteemed friends and colleagues.

The story is based on the concept of the seven deadly sins – Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy and Pride.

In the opera we explore expressing our imagination through electronic surround in combination with acoustic surround sound. We also experiment with triggering your senses through elements like smell and touch. The opera is performed in the dark, to create an imaginative soundscape scenography. We will offer you to wear a blindfold, for a deeper and more profound experience of our performance.

Along with prerecorded electronics and voices, Åsa’s soprano voice will guide you through the opera, accompanied by Ruta’s Violin and Jens’s accoustic objects.

Since this is a very personalized and intimate opera, we will have named seats for every atendee. So please do confirm your participation. You are very welcome to invite your friends or members of family, but do give us their names as well. There are two types of seats to choose from – premium seats, for more extreme experience, and reserved seats, for those of you who prefer a more secure distance. So please tell us which seat you would like to choose.
