Tour to Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland

August 3-16, 2011

Sidén Hedman duo tour in the West Nordic region and visit Torshavn, Reykjavik and Nuuk. We do 3 concerts and premiere the new sound installation "Sound Cave" in a sea cave at Hestur Island. Simultaneously we collects audio, photo and video, from the stunning scenery, for an upcoming multimedia work.

Concert dates:

August 5 at 18:00 - Listasavn - National Gallery of the Faroe Islands, Torshavn, Faroe Islands. Concert with pieces for piano and electronics. Part of the music festival Summertonar.

August 9 at 15:00 - Klæmintsgjógv, sea cave at Hestur Island, Faroe Islands. Premiere of Sidén Hedman duo's new sound installation "Sound Cave." Part of the music festival Summertonar.

August 11 at 19:00 - Nordic House, Reykjavik, Iceland. Works for piano and electronics.

August 14 at 19:00 - Katuaq, Nuuk, Greenland. Concert with pieces for piano and electronics.
